The most effective way to use it is to stir one tablespoon into a glass of water and gargle it. Apple cider vinegar also aids in digestion, so don’t worry about swallowing it.
- Rinse with Lemon Juice. This is an old folk remedy that actually is effective. The acidic content in lemons prevents bacteria growth in your mouth. Stir one tablespoon of it into a cup of water and rinse. Adding salt also helps with dry mouth, which is a main cause of bad breath.
